Date Location: Not dated, however, an ad for the King Edward Hotel inside the front cover mentions an addition which was expected to be completed in 1921, suggesting that the book was probably published in 1920. Moreover, the same ad is on the 1920 OML map.
Cover Description: Faded white border.  Color illustration occupies the majority of the cover showing lush trees on either side of a roadway occupied by a motorist in a red convertible and a rider seated on a motocycle, (maybe a traffic cop?). The title is in the sky at the top and the sponsors for the map - Windeyer Brothers and Donaldson Insurance Agents information is at the bottom.
Date Code: N/A
Scale: 1" = 4 Miles

Other: On page one, a foldout key map of the 76 Southwestern Ontario map “plates”, is attached. At the back of the book is a very small scale foldout map of Eastern Ontario. As can be seen in the map plates, it appears that an older (and beautifully detailed) map was used, with the most travellable roads as of 1920 highlighted.
Note: Thanks to Willie Frey for sharing this map from his collection.
